Local SEO Boost is a service by Deeplead.io. By accessing or using LocalSEOBoost.com, requesting a Local SEO Check, purchasing a DIY PDF Guide, ordering a Google Business Profile optimization service, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our website or services.

Services

Local SEO Boost provides services related to Google Business Profile optimization, Google Maps visibility, local SEO analysis, AI-supported research, and local search improvement.

Depending on the selected service, this may include:

Reviewing your publicly visible Google Business Profile
Reviewing your company website
Researching publicly available information about your business online
Preparing a Local SEO Check
Creating a customized DIY PDF Guide
Providing recommendations for local SEO improvements
Optimizing Google Business Profile elements, where access is granted
Preparing SEO-relevant text, category, service, and profile recommendations

Local SEO Boost does not guarantee specific search rankings, map pack placements, traffic increases, customer inquiries, revenue increases, or other specific business outcomes.

Use of Public Business Information

For many services, including a Local SEO Check or DIY PDF Guide, we usually only require your Google Business Profile name, company name, or other publicly visible business identifier.

You authorize Local SEO Boost to review and process publicly available information about your business from sources such as Google Search, Google Maps, your Google Business Profile, your website, public business directories, public review snippets, and other publicly accessible online sources.

This information is used solely to provide the requested service, create recommendations, prepare reports, generate guides, or support Google Business Profile optimization.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide to Local SEO Boost is accurate, lawful, current, and that you have the right to submit it.

You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, ownership, and continued maintenance of your Google Business Profile, website, business information, images, texts, services, and any other materials provided or publicly displayed.

If access to your Google Business Profile or another account is required, you are responsible for granting and later managing or revoking such access.

Google Business Profile Access

In most cases, Local SEO Boost does not require access to your personal Google account.

If access to a Google Business Profile is required for a specific service, such access will only be requested with your permission and only for the purpose of performing the agreed service.

You may revoke access at any time through your Google account or Google Business Profile settings. If access is revoked before completion of the service, Local SEO Boost may be unable to complete some or all agreed service elements.

DIY PDF Guides and Recommendations

DIY PDF Guides, Local SEO Checks, and recommendations are based on the information available at the time of review.

Search results, Google Business Profile features, Google guidelines, local rankings, online visibility, competitor activity, and AI-supported search results may change over time.

The DIY PDF Guide is provided for informational and practical implementation purposes. It does not guarantee that following the recommendations will result in higher rankings, more visibility, more calls, more customers, or increased revenue.

Payments

Certain services, guides, checks, or optimization packages may require payment.

All prices, fees, and payment terms are shown at the time of purchase or agreed individually before service delivery. Unless otherwise stated, payments are due before access to digital products is granted or before service work begins.

You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information and authorize us or our payment providers to process the applicable charges.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital, customized, and service-based nature of Local SEO Boost products, payments are generally non-refundable once work has started, a Local SEO Check has been performed, a DIY PDF Guide has been generated or delivered, or optimization recommendations have been prepared.

If a refund policy is stated separately at the time of purchase, that specific policy applies.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.

No Ranking or Business Result Guarantee

Local SEO Boost applies structured local SEO methods, AI-supported research, and best-practice recommendations to improve the quality, relevance, and completeness of your Google Business Profile and local online presence.

However, Google Search and Google Maps rankings are determined by Google and depend on many factors outside our control, including relevance, distance, prominence, competition, user behavior, reviews, website authority, market conditions, and algorithm changes.

For this reason, Local SEO Boost does not guarantee any specific ranking position, visibility level, number of leads, calls, visits, conversions, revenue, or other commercial outcome.

No Affiliation with Google

Local SEO Boost is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Google LLC.

Google, Google Business Profile, Google Search, and Google Maps are trademarks or services of Google LLC. Any references to Google products are made solely to describe the services offered by Local SEO Boost.

AI-Supported Processing

Local SEO Boost may use AI-supported tools and structured research processes to assist with keyword research, local SEO analysis, profile review, content preparation, visibility checks, and DIY Guide creation.

AI-supported outputs may require human review and should be understood as recommendations based on available information. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any content before publishing it to your Google Business Profile, website, or other channels.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, guides, reports, texts, templates, frameworks, website content, branding, logos, and other materials provided by Local SEO Boost are owned by Local SEO Boost, Deeplead.io, or their respective licensors, unless otherwise stated.

When you purchase a DIY PDF Guide or service deliverable, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered materials for your own internal business purposes.

You may not resell, redistribute, publish, reproduce, modify, copy, sublicense, or commercially exploit Local SEO Boost materials without prior written permission.

Customer Materials

You retain ownership of your own business information, website content, images, trademarks, logos, and other materials you provide or make available.

By submitting or making materials available to Local SEO Boost, you grant us the right to use, review, process, adapt, and reference those materials solely for the purpose of delivering the requested service.

You confirm that you have the necessary rights to provide or authorize the use of such materials.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Local SEO Boost for unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.

You may not use our services to submit false business information, impersonate another business, manipulate reviews, violate Google policies, infringe third-party rights, or engage in conduct that could harm Local SEO Boost, Deeplead.io, Google, customers, users, or third parties.

Data Protection

Our handling of personal and business-related information is described in our Privacy Policy.

By using Local SEO Boost, you acknowledge that we may process information as described in the Privacy Policy, including publicly available business information from your Google Business Profile, website, Google Search, Google Maps, and other public online sources relevant to the requested service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Local SEO Boost, Deeplead.io, Wagner Lacad, LLC, and their respective owners, employees, contractors, partners, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or loss of business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the use of Local SEO Boost, the website, any service, report, guide, or deliverable shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless a higher amount is required by applicable law.

Third-Party Platforms and Changes

Local SEO Boost depends in part on third-party platforms, including Google Search, Google Maps, Google Business Profile, websites, search engines, public directories, and AI-supported search environments.

We are not responsible for changes, downtime, errors, restrictions, policy updates, ranking changes, account limitations, rejected edits, removed content, or other actions taken by third-party platforms.

Modifications to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective when posted on this website.

Your continued use of Local SEO Boost after updated Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Termination

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access to our services if you violate these Terms, provide false or misleading information, misuse our services, fail to make required payments, or engage in conduct that may harm Local SEO Boost, Deeplead.io, users, partners, or third parties.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to Deeplead.io and its operating entity, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, or the services shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable dispute resolution provisions of the operating entity, unless mandatory law requires a different venue or procedure.
